- We are qualified up to post-graduate level and are members of associations, related specifically related to business operations, such as; senior management, human resourse management, marketing and finance.

Data Protection Service
- Access to the Data Protection Module of the Plumsun Site (and also the free Governor Services Module)
- Completion of monitoring - Information Audit and Data Protection Impact Assessment
- Ensure procedures in place to effectively detect, report and investigate a personal data breach

DSL Supervisory Service
Supervision is a method of supporting staff so they can provide for the needs of their students. Safeguarding supervision is a regular, planned, accountable two-way process which will offer emotional support and develop the knowledge, skills and values of an individual, group or team.
Its purpose is to monitor the progress of professional practice and to help staff to improve the quality of the work they do, thus improving outcomes for children as well as achieving agreed objectives.
Supervision also provides an opportunity to ensure that codes of conduct and standards of practice are maintained therefore promoting a safe culture.
Areas incorporated into DSL Supervision:
1. Competent accountable performance (managerial function)
2. Continuing professional development (developmental/formative function)
3. Personal support (supportive/restorative function)
4. Engaging the staff member with the school (mediation function)

Emergency & Critical Incidence Support
- You will be able to access a specialist, who will be able to guide you through an emergency situation.
- A specialist qualified and registered counsellor will support for the emotional well-being for staff and pupils
- Assistance can be provided by telephone or located at your school and will be able to perform any of the roles identified on your business continuity plan if necessary.
- The support will be available throughout the incident as we morally believe that we cannot just provide you with support for the first day or two, and then charge you more for the rest of the incident, or walk away (as we have heard alternative providers do).
- There is no maximum number of incident responses.

Fire Risk Assessment
- Bespoke fire risk assessment undertaken in conjunction with an inspection of the building and it's environment and in conjunction with DfE and HSE best practice, and in accordance with relevant legislation such as Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
- Identify the removal or reduction of identified risks
- Make recommendations on the means of escape and measures to mitigate the spread of fire
- The consideration of any dangerous substance liable to be on the premises.

HR Advice and Guidance
- You will have access to a qualified HR professional, a chartered fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, with significant experience of schools employment issues.
- We will support you with performance (including grievance, disciplinary and attendance) and the well being of your employees, under The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
- We can complete casework management, development of staff structures and managing transitions and change. We can complete risk assessments for staff and pupils.

Monitoring Compliance
You will have access to a recording and monitoring compliance tool, to ensure you keep up to date with meeting your legal obligations. We provide all the practical checks you require, such as PAT Testing, Fire Equipment Checks, Playground Inspection etc. The system will let you upload the compliance date and documentation, and will automatically send you a reminder for the next check or inspection.

Radiation Protection Service
- We provide access to a Radiation Protection Officer.
- We work with the Radiation Protection Adviser through CLEAPSS.
- We advise and assist in monitoring radiation safely at your school to ensure that general advice (L93) and any specific advice provided at CLEAPSS is implemented.
- We provide general advice on radiological protection, legislative requirements, training requirements, by telephone and an authorisation procedure when your school wants to acquire resources.

Risk Register & Risk Assessments
